1 red potato
Procedure:
- Slice the potato w/o peeling it into even, little thick slices
- Grease a microwave safe plate and arrange the slices on it
- Microwave on hi for 2 mins, take out, flip it over and microwave it again for 2 mins.
- Check if done.. they'll be crisp! If not keep for another 30 secs to a minute.
