Ingredients:
- 1 Aloo - boiled and mashed
- Onions, cilantro -finely chopped
- chilli powder, salt, chat masala, pani puri masala, amchur
- Tamarind chutney
- Bread - 4 slices (for 1 person)
- Mash the boiled aloo and add the above poweders and mix well with hand
- To this add onions and cillantro
- Spread over one side of bread, and toast both sides (yes toast the side with aloo on it so to a reddish brown in color)
- Put the other slice to cover it and toast the open side to a golden brown color
- Top off with tamarind chutney and some onions.. after cutting it into triangles that is!
