- Corn, preferably with butter sauce, if not, just the canned one will do
- Onions
- Cilantro
- Tamarind chutney
- Bread slices 3 (dish for two)
- salt, chilli powder, chat masala, amchur
Procedure
- Grind the corn, onions and cilantro together with salt and chilli powder and other powders
- Place this on the bread and seal it with another slice, and apply paste on this bread slice (that u have sealed with) and seal it again with another slice for a three tier
- Put a little butter on a frying pan and toast on both sides of our three tier.
- Take it out slice it into two triangular three tiers and toast the freshly cut corner too
- Arrange on plate and spread tamarind chutney on top of the tiers.. and sprinkle liberally with finely chopped onion all over the plate and serve!
